Lost or damaged property
No liability can be accepted for guest's property lost, stolen or damaged whilst on the property.

Car Parking
Cars parked on the property are left at owner's own risk.

Lost property
No liability is accepted for guest's property lost or stolen from the property.

Cancellation Policy
All reservations must be cancelled no later than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.

Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit payment equivalent to one night's room rate is required to secure a booking. The following are accepted deposit methods: internet bank transfer, or a personal cheque.
